Martin Schwidefsky b3e06dc3f0 s390/sclp_async: add Kconfig option to specify the component id ...

Allow to specify the Compoment ID for Call Home via the kernel
configuration. This removes the need for distribution specific
patch against the sclp_async.c source file.
